What a came that was! I was on the edge of my seat the whole game, now that is how a Super Bowl should be played! I watched Peyton start off the attack but I knew that the Saints would rally back and win this one. We started off the game with some awesome snacks, we had Jambalaya with some Et Tu Fe, some shrimp, little smokies and a whole ton of other amazing foods. The first bet of the night was the National Anthem, I thought that I had lost it right off the bat because I saw Queen Latifah come out and start singing, I was like WTF I thought Carrie Underwood would be singing. Guess it was just a warm up to the real deal, Carrie came out after the Queen and laid down the 1 minute 47 second National Anthem, giving me the first win of the night. The next win was the all important coin toss, Emmitt Smith gave me that win, once I had that other W in my column I knew it was going to be a great night. 

Although I didn't win any money on the squares from the office, my wife did manage to pull 1 out from her office. I almost had a square but the Saints kicked the field goal right before the half, thus giving my wife the win! 

The commercials this year were lame, I was expecting some cool, funny commercials. Even the commercials from GoDaddy.com were not attention getting, I mean how many times can we see a woman try to seduce Danica Patrick, I mean don't get me wrong I thought it was a great concept, but GoDaddy was always one for pushing the envelope. They barely licked the stamp on the postage! The best commercial that I saw was the Betty White / Abe Vigoda commercial:

And the best throwback commercial was the McDonalds. Once I saw it, it brought me back to MJ and Larry Bird! It was funny some people didn't know who Larry Bird was, but growing up I watched him and MJ going back and forth. Very cool!

Are you ready for some football? Hell yes I am, I am so ready to watch the Saints go marching over the Colts! Every year my brother and I have a bet on the Super Bowl, last year he won. He was given the honor of teabaggin my drum set but he backed out because he is a little biznitch! This year we have a more saner bet, if he loses (and he will) he has to buy me a Saints hat, then put it on a replace his facebook picture with it. I also believe he is going to have to put a Saints license plate holder on his baby Dodge, the reverse goes IF I lose. I have the squares picked and the over/under all decided, the coin toss has been decided and the menu is being worked out. I just don't like Peyton Manning, I think he should stay in the DSRL League and stop trying to be the all-american quarter back. He is no Troy Aikman! When I get my board I will post up my numbers, I think I will have a great board this year, as I do every year. Come on baby, daddy needs a new pair of shoes.....no really I do!

Yes for the past month I have been working on a new website design and now I introduce my latest creation RudySuarez.com v3.1A. I did not fall off the face of the earth, although I might as well have. Things have been going great and I am so excited so far this year! Everything is coming together with SkunkWorX and the girls are finally getting along. I will write more soon enough, my goal this year is to keep working on this site and making it alot cooler looking and add more content to it much more often than I did before. Yes Yes I know that you have heard this all before but damnit I mean it! 

23 days left, so today I woke up and was watching the news. Today is something like the 280th day without an inch of snow. We had a trace but nothing more than that and to top it off, we are going to be in the mid 50s. So now tell me where this Global Warming is a bad thing? I like being able to wear shorts and flip flops to work. But more importantly, I don't have to go out in the freezing cold to start my car, brush it off and then trudge back in to get dressed.

The girls were excited this morning to open their 2nd day Xmas Calendar, of course Kayla wasn't going to keep what she had a secret, so she blurted out what the surprise for the day was and Yuna was not too happy. So with global warming and everything else will there be snow on Christmas morning? I hope so but I am not going to hold my breath. Time to start shopping for the presents!!!

So its been a long time since I posted anything, hell its been months. But whatever I have had things to do. So now I am starting to redeem myself with the 24 things I like about Christmas. Today will be number 24, although my favorite thing about Christmas has already happened I think I can fit it in here. The day after Thanksgiving Sales, this is a tradition that goes back at least 20 years. Every year me and my mom would hit the stores at 4 in the morning just to get a jump on the Christmas shopping, so since she is gone I decided that I have to keep the tradition going. Although at first there were no takers here in Syracuse, I soon one person that would do it. But then things happened and again I was all alone, for the first time last year I did not go shopping like a maniac. But this year was different, my friend Will and Mel were going, this is my chance to jump back in the game and act a fool! So what did I do, I grabbed my video camera and headed out at 2:30 in the morning to start the excitement. Here are 2 videos from some of the stores we hit.


The stores were packed with people but I lightened up the mood by cracking jokes and basically being a jackass. We were in and out in 15 minutes from each store and the only store that would not let me video tape was Wal-Mart. Those bastards. We hit 4 stores and I was back in bed by 6:30, until round 2. That happened at 9 in the morning, I had to go to the mall but it just wasn't as fun without my partners in crime. But we have made a pact that we will do it again next year. Why you ask, because its fun as hell. I don't go out looking for those door buster savings, nope not me. I just go out to see everyone going crazy and to make them go crazy. Yup that is me, everyones favorite jackass!
